Online/Phone Orders
Responsibilities
Fashion Time is searching for highly motivated, dedicated individuals to add to our online/phone team in the Special Orders Department. The main responsibilities will include answering incoming calls from customers regarding special orders, processing orders and completing price quotes for various services. These individuals must provide outstanding customer service both through email and phone orders.
Requirements
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Extensive knowledge of product
  • Basic computer knowledge: Word, Excel, Outlook, Access
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Outstanding problem solving, follow-up and communication skills
Customer Service/ Personal Shopper
Responsibilities
We are seeking a professional, team-player to join the Customer Service department in Woodbridge, VA. The position’s primary responsibility is to provide customer support through live chat and email in effort to improve the customer experience and drive sales. Other responsibilities may include minor office detail and supporting customers with online purchasing. Support will include troubleshooting and personal shopping. Applicants should be comfortable communicating with customers via email and chat.

Store Manager
Responsibilities
This job contributes to Fashion Time’s success by leading store operations. The Store Manager must lead the sales staff to establish and maintain Fashion Time’s high standards with an emphasis on sales. The Store Manager will also be required to achieve store goals, maintain sales performance, head store customer service, merchandise presentation, loss prevention and overall store administration.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years retail sales experience
  • Management experience (preferably in a retail environment)
  • Must have excellent communication skills
  • Customer service skills
  • Computer experience a plus
Sales Associate
Responsibilities

Welcoming customers by using personal and/or merchandise greetings; developing rapport with the customer to discover their shopping purpose. Help customers make buying decisions by assisting customers with merchandise selections; incorporating Fashion Time’s customer service philosophy and the basic sales techniques: suggestion selling, appealing to the senses, trading up, creating multiple sales and offering substitutes to sell merchandise to customers. Advise customers by providing information on current fashions; helping customers locate merchandise within the store, listening to the customers’ wants and needs and offering merchandise selections; answering questions regarding products or services.

Marketing and merchandising by becoming knowledgeable of Fashion Time’s, sales and promotions; creatively placing merchandise for maximum appeal; following written and verbal instructions to assure that appropriate visual displays, merchandise and signs are set to publicize special sales and events. Maintaining high quality floor maintenance by placing signs and setting up for sales events; placing new merchandise; completing daily housekeeping tasks. Control inventory by counting and recording merchandise accurately, placing merchandise in proper locations and checking to assure price tags are correct and securely attached

Assist in minimizing loss of company assets by providing superior customer service to prevent losses; keeping the store and merchandise counters in order; immediately notifying loss prevention staff or a member of management of suspected or observed dishonest activity within the store.

Requirements
  • Previous sales experience a plus but not required
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evening and weekend shifts, as dictated by the needs of the business.
