Fashion Time Return Policy

Return Policy
30 Day Money Back Guarantee
Fashion Time will gladly refund or exchange merchandise within 30 days from the original date of purchase. All merchandise must first receive a return authorization number from Fashion Time by sending an email to returns@shopFT.com or calling 703.878.3841. All clearance items and special orders are non-refundable.
This return policy is only valid for purchases made on shopFT.com. Please see store for details on purchased made from our retail locations.
Return Requirements
All merchandise must be accompanied with an invoice and the original box, packaging and manuals.
Merchandise cannot be used or altered in any way. Watches that have been sized or worn will not be accepted for return or exchange. We do not sell used items and will not accept any watch with any indication that shows use.
How To Complete The Return
All customers wishing to return their purchases must first obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. Requests for an RMA# must be made within 30 days of order delivery and be returned back to us no later than seven days after an RMA# has been issued. If a package arrives without the RMA# it will be refused.

To receive an RMA#, email your request to returns@shopFT.com or call 703.878.3841.

All shipping and insurance costs are the responsibility of the customer. When shipping the merchandise, make sure it is insured to the full cost of the item.

All refunds will be processed upon receiving and inspecting the merchandise.

Worn or damaged merchandise or items that have been altered or adjusted in any way will not be accepted for a return.

Items that are damaged due to improper packaging on the part of the customer will not be the responsibility of Fashion Time.

Merchandise that follows the Return Requirements can also be returned at any Fashion Time locations.

All shipping charges are non-refundable

Defects

It is the customer's responsibility to inspect the merchandise for "out of the box" defects upon receiving it. If a defect is noticed upon arrival of the merchandise, please send an email to defects@shopFT.com, or call 703.878.3841 to receive a replacement. Once the product has been worn, or passes the 30 day return policy, please contact the manufacturer to submit an item under warranty.

All "out of the box" defects must be reported to Fashion Time within 3 days of delivery

Once reported, the item must be returned to Fashion Time within 7 days

Defective items will be replaced with an identical item, or a credit will be issued if a replacement is not available.

Replacements for defective merchandise will be made at the discretion of Fashion Time.

Items that have been worn, damaged or abused will not be replaced, and will incur all shipping charges.

For items that are stated to be defective, but are decided to be otherwise, all shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer

For all functional defects, please read the instruction manual fully before reporting the defect. If we find no defect, it will be returned at the customer's expense.

Picture or description discrepancies on shopFT.com are not considered defects. Items that are damaged due to abuse, misuse, or owners neglect to follow correct operating instructions, or water/condensation damage are not considered defects.
