Same-Day White Glove Delivery

When you can't make it to the mall or when tomorrow is too late, try our Same-Day White Glove Service. We will promptly hand deliver your watch to nearly any destination in Maryland, Virginia or Washington, DC. Your watch will arrive in our signature gift bag delivered by one of our trained personal shoppers who will size your new watch for you in moments. They will also explain to you how to set and explore all the features of your new watch. Certain restrictions and additional fees may apply. Ground Shipping Times

Order Tracking

UPS Tracking numbers will be sent via email once the order has been shipped. The shipment can be tracked online at www.ups.com or by calling 1-800-PICK-UPS (1-800-742-5877).

Shipping Restrictions

Items cannot be shipped to PO Boxes or APO addresses. Orders that are submitted with these addresses will result in their delay.

Shipment time frames are in business days only, and exclude weekends and/or holidays.

Saturday delivery is only available by placing your order over the phone by calling 703.878.3841. Certain fees will apply.

Free ground shipping applies only to the 48 contiguous states. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii must be shipped via Next Day or Second Day air.

All orders placed by 2pm EST will be processed the same day. Items are shipped Monday through Friday only.

Delivery of Order

All orders require a signature upon arrival. If you are unable to be at home for the delivery of the merchandise, please make arrangements to pick it up from the closest UPS facility instead.

Shipping Problems

In the case of an out of stock or backordered item, you will be notified immediately

If an item is received that was damaged during shipping, you must retain all shipping material and contact Fashion Time immediately

For items that are lost during shipping, and UPS claims responsibility, the item will be replaced with an identical one. If the item is no longer available, a similar item or refund will be offered.
